Deborah completed her undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Georgia (GO DAWGS!) in 2012 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2015 from Mercer University in Atlanta. She has a passion for helping others and has mainly worked with the geriatric population in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and independent living facilities. While in physical therapy school, she did a rotation at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. After having a child of her own, she is now excited to work with the pediatric population at Georgia School for the Deaf, which also allows her to be off in the summers with her son. Her hobbies include anything sports related from going to Atlanta Braves baseball games to playing tennis on a local league.
