Maritza’s alma mater is Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California. She graduated in 2002 and has solely practiced in pediatrics since 2007. She worked at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta 4 years and treated a vast array of diagnoses. Her hobbies/interests include spending time with her husband and daughters, gardening, cooking, flower arranging, reading, homemaking, dreaming, learning, social/culture studies, and photography.
